MAC Surfacing Limited is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans, cadet force adult volunteers and military families bring to our organisation.  We strive to support the values of the Armed Forces Covenant in many ways, including:

• We will endeavour to promote that we are an Armed Forces friendly company to our staff, suppliers, customers and the wider public.
• We will always consider offering an interview to a Reservist, Veteran, cadet force adult volunteer or spouse/partner if they meet the selection criteria laid out in a job advert.
• We will support spouses and partners to work from home, where appropriate, and will look into flexible working arrangements where applicable to the job role.
• We will look sympathetically on leave requests before, during or after a partner's deployment.
• We will support members of the Armed Forces family involved in any fundraising or charity activities supporting Armed Forces charities.

MAC Surfacing is a family-run road surfacing business that was established in 2004. Since then, we have grown to service everyone from small and medium-sized businesses to large blue-chip companies. What’s more, thanks to our West Midlands location, we are able to provide our services nationwide on a 24-hour basis, 365 days a year.

Our mission is to be the number one supplier of your surfacing requirements, offering a modern fleet encompassing the highest standards of quality workmanship and strictest of safety standards. It is our customer focused ability to collaborate and offer full self-delivery that sets us apart.

In terms of experience, our directors have acquired 40 years in the industry, so we’re confident we deliver what our customers want – excellent service and an end result to be proud of.  We are committed to achieving the highest standards of quality, service, and health and safety so we always invest in the training and development of our staff. As such, we work hard to maintain our accreditations including ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001, CHAS, FORS, SMAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline.
