MST recognises ex-military employees by working hard to recruit excellent candidates from a military background. We are committed to the Armed forces Covenant by recognising the importance of military personal, welcoming them to come and work and train here. We also welcome youngsters to spend their work experience time to gain crucial experience working on the military boats we design and build at MST.
