Marston’s are proud to hold the Silver Award of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme in line with the Armed Forces Covenant. We are committed to supporting serving members, veterans, and the family members of our Armed Forces whether guests in our pubs, or part of our Marston’s family.

We activity encourage applications from the community and have representation in our business from Head of Operations to Team Member level who have served in the British Armed Forces.

It is a pledge that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives.
