Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

At Marvel Projects Ltd in all aspects of the business we have prioritised the Armed Forces Community; from offering discounts on our retail services to our support of charitable organisations such as SSAFA and offering financial support to the local Army Cadet Force in Worksop. Despite being a small company, we are keenly aware of the social responsibility we have to our community, particularly to our Armed Forces. While other recruiters have been shown to avoid employing service personnel, we recognise the wealth of experience this career path has furnished them with, going above and beyond to actively encourage their employment into our company. We have established frameworks in place, set up with the support of our Business Development Manager Michael Borysenko, a 24 year veteran who left the Army in October 2021. Michael’s personal experience has given him a wealth of knowledge with regards to the difficulties faced by veterans transitioning to civilian life and understands how employer support is essential in making this transition as smooth as possible.  

About us

Marvel Projects Ltd is a full turnkey solution offering a range of services varying between the public and private sector. We mainly undertake work ranging from domestic projects such as extension, refurbishments and new builds, to commercial schemes such as retail refurbishments and NHS fitouts. For clients that range from the NHS, Northern Rail, Diocese of Sheffield, local authorities and private developers; any scheme of work undertaken by Marvel is managed from start to finish including managing budgets, health & safety, programme quality & coordination and efficient communication. We have also recently launched our training division focusing on reinvesting back into our own company and the construction industry as a whole for both newcomers to our line of work and skilled professionals looking to refresh their qualifications or gain new skills.
