M-EC has been actively supporting the forces since 2013 and understands the sacrifices service personnel, service spouses/partners and reservists make for our country. We’re proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and to have been the first SME in the UK to have achieved the Gold Award in the Employer Recognition Scheme.

Our commitments include:
