Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
As a registered member of the Armed Forces Covenant, MPFT is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and upholding the key principles, aims and values of the Covenant. We understand that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve.
We have established an Armed Forces Staff Network to support our employees who are themselves, or have family members who are veterans or currently serve as active duty or reservist military, and all employees who support military service members. Through our Flexible Working Policy, we support those families of serving personnel who may need more flexibility around their working patterns, some of which may be at short notice.
MPFT is committed to its corporate social responsibilities and becoming an anchor employer that is actively inclusive and provides support and opportunities for staff to feel valued and be the best they can be at work.
