Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We are a veteran owned and lead organisation that has established an Armed Forces Network, supporting personnel who are Reservists, Veterans and spouses/partners. We have and will continue to employ veterans, service leavers and the wounded, injured and sick where possible as full employees or sub-contractors against our contracts. Having several high-profile clients, we consistently advocate the use of veterans, service leavers, wounded, injured and sick.

Minerva Elite Performance was set up by Guy Batcher who had a previous 26-year regular career and now entering the 8th year of reserve service. The team are passionate about the support we give to all Armed Forces Communities. At MEP we will always encourage veterans to work with us and support our employees in their Armed Forces service ambitions. Minerva Elite Performance utilises staff with exemplary track records and unique experience drawn from the military, police, academia, and corporate business to coach and mentor you to success. Whether our learners have extensive experience of higher education (or none), they should find their learning journey enjoyable and stimulating by using their prior knowledge and real-life experiences to facilitate their academic achievements.
