Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
As a SME our commitment to the Covenant centres around supporting the employment of reservists, veterans, service spouses and dependants. We engage with the Career Transition Partnership in order to offer support and coaching to service leavers transitioning to civilian life.

With regards to our spouses of veterans, we value the range of skills and breadth of experience that they bring. Military spouses possess qualities of organisation, resolve, teamwork and are adept multi-taskers, these qualities in addition to their respective professional expertise are evident within our own two veteran spouses. The organisation has benefitted greatly from their employment, and we would readily employ other military spouses should our requirements match their skill set and availability.
