About us:
The My Endex team is a true military one: Darren, the MD, served for 22 years in the REME as a Regular and on leaving in 2012 joined the REME TA (now Army Reserve). He has been supported throughout that time by Jayne, who is our Operations Director.
Understanding first hand the kind of challenges, and often barriers, that irregular posting or separated service has on the career prospects and limited choice for spouses we want to help make that change. As we grow as a newly formed veteran-owned business we want to bring on board an extended military family team, consisting of those who also recognise how hard it is to find careers that work, and therefore match our passion and drive.
