Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Offploy is proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and hold the prestigious ERS Silver Award. We recognise the important role in society played by members of the armed forces and their families, and have written that recognition into our policies in the form of addition paid leave for active reservists and adult cadet force volunteers. Our company culture and working methods are inclusive and flexible and we understand the demands that family members of serving armed forces personnel can be placed under.
About us
Offploy was founded in 2016 to help those who have been through the Criminal Justice System or are at risk of entering it, to overcome the obstacles they face and make a fresh start. We offer one-to-one mentored support services to those who want to turn their lives around and not reoffend. By so doing we help to reduce reoffending and make society safer for all. Recently we have expanded our offering into services which may help to prevent someone turning to crime, such as money management support and homelessness prevention.
We operate a hybrid delivery model with most colleagues working from home and travelling into the community when required for face-to-face meetings with candidates and commissioners.
