Armed Forces Commitment

We are fully engaged with the Armed Forces Covenant and endeavour to support all those currently serving, their families, veterans and service leavers. We understand the challenges often faced by service spouses/partners in securing sustainable employment, and also their commitment to the Armed Forces, without which wouldn't allow the Armed Forces to operate effectively. We're proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and strive to honour the values of the Covenant and provide support in many ways:

• We provide and promote employment opportunities for services spouses and partners;
• Integrate effective policies that offer a flexible approach to leave for service spouses and partners along with a structured support system;
• Encourage our staff to fundraise and volunteer for Armed Forces Charities to support their work;
• Support Veterans and Service Leavers through employment programmes and support those currently serving.
