Palantir is a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant. We recognise the contribution that Service personnel, veterans and military families make to our company, our community and the country. Palantir is committed to encouraging veteran and reservist employment, as well as positive service transition to help make the UK the best place in which to serve. We have a thriving community of veterans and reservists in our offices in London and globally. They provide crucial insights and experience to our work supporting the UK Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence. Our veterans affinity group, PalVets, supports and grows veterans’ sense of belonging, and provides an inclusive venue to share experiences and support each other as they continue to serve their countries and communities in a different capacity. Members of PalVets help educate the broader Palantir community about vets and reservists, and engage and support external parties that address current Veteran issues. In addition to our internal offering, we support several Armed Forces charities across the UK.
