Pall-Ex UK

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant:

At Pall-Ex, we have long understood the valuable skills that people from the Armed Forces community can bring to the civilian workplace.

As such, we felt it was important to support the Armed Forces community and make Pall-Ex Group an inclusive to everyone, whether they be veterans, reserves or family of serving individuals.

In 2019, we were proud to become signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, as part of the Bronze Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

This confirmed our commitment to providing roles and access to training for the Armed Forces community and supported or pledge to ensure it receives fair opportunities.

Having continually strived to improve opportunities for the Armed Forces community, we were honoured to be awarded Gold status in the ERS.

Whether it be driving, warehouse or maintenance roles, or those in accounting, transport or marketing, Pall-Ex is proud to be able to offer equal opportunities to anyone who is part of our Armed Forces community.

About us:

Pall-Ex Group is collectively owned by its UK network membership and senior management team and owns two pallet networks in the UK, Pall-Ex and Fortec. In addition, it also has an extensive network of international partners across the globe.

Since distributing 117 pallets on its first night in November 1996, Pall-Ex has grown into a quality European network that handles over 45,000 pallets a night.

Pall-Ex holds an impressive list of accreditations and awards for performance, training and innovation, including the ISO14001:2015 for environmental management and ISO45001:2018 in Occupational health and safety management.

In 2018, Pall-Ex became the first and only pallet network to receive the industry’s gold standard – the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for network-wide quality.

In order to uphold our network-wide quality promise and become the employer of choice, we recruit the finest haulage companies who share the Pall-Ex vision of providing a first-class delivery service.
