Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Within our TQ training arm of the business they hold silver and are going for gold.  In Pearson Plc we have already started to promote the Armed Forces Covenant on internal and external communication, promotion of our role with the Armed Forces to our staff and to our external partners and stakeholders.  We grant leave for reservists, we promote our vacancies and apprenticeship vacancies on aligned websites and are planning activities for Armed Forces day but also a number of other special days that happen every year. We have a Veterans Employee Reference Group UK Chapter established form 2019 and this group will take forward a specific action plan for the Armed Forces Covenant every year.

Our mission is to develop a programme that will help Pearson, its employees and its managers to progress in their lives and careers through the high quality Apprenticeships that we at Pearson provide. We are proud of our Apprenticeship Programme, offering a range of Apprenticeships in Business Administration, Customer service, management, digital industries & IT, project manage and more. Our apprenticeships range from level 2 through to Masters level and we have intakes throughout the year.
