Pega

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Are you interested in a future career in Information Technology and software development, but have found access to traditional software development skills challenging and too time demanding?

According to a 2021 Gartner industry analyst forecast, by 2025, 70% of new applications developed by enterprises will be based on low-code or no-code tools, compared to less than 25% in 2020.  As the leader in the enterprise-level, low-code market, Pega application development skills are therefore in high demand in the UK and internationally.

We are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation and have formally committed to supporting forces family members through our engagement with the charity TechVets. This provides you access to our self-paced virtual training on the Pega Academy with industry-recognised formal certifications available free of charge.

About us

Pega was founded in 1983 on the idea that technology should be accessible to everyone, businesspeople and IT alike. We have developed our products a lot since then and today we deliver the world’s leading low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation.

We have built the latest agile, design-thinking best practices right into our low-code platform – so business and developers can collaborate, innovate, and bring new ideas to life fast.

Training in these low-code development skills is provided through the Pega Academy with easy-to-understand learning missions that you can consume at your own pace.

We suggest to initially follow either the Systems Architect or Business Architect learning pathway through to a formal sponsored certification by our external verification agency, ready to access those career opportunities.
