Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
PHD Access is deeply committed to the Armed Forces Covenant, having signed it in 2019. We recognize the valuable contributions military leavers and their families bring to our team. To solidify our commitment, we provide two fully-paid weeks annually for serving reservists to undergo training, aiming for Gold Award status. While currently having one military spouse, we are dedicated to supporting them by offering unpaid leave during partner deployments. Understanding the challenges of relocation, we extend assistance, aiding in CV preparation, interview practice, or any other required support. Our pledge is not just a formality; it's a genuine effort to honour the Covenant, embracing and actively supporting forces family members within the PHD Access community.

PHD provides the industry with bespoke access solutions, producing challenging engineered ideas with innovative techniques. Our one-stop-shop includes Scaffolding, Hoists, Mast Climbers, Temporary Works Design, Innovation, and Special Projects.
