Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We have an ambition to make Phoenix the best place any of us have ever worked. We’re proud of our commitment to our Armed Forces community and have achieved our Employer Recognition Scheme silver Award in acknowledgement of this. Our Armed Forces Network exists to help provide support and a welcoming environment to those connected with the military at Phoenix, whilst also providing all of our colleagues the opportunity to give something back to the armed forces.
Each year we support selected charities affiliated with the military such as SSAFA and the Army Parents Network, conducting fundraising and awareness events.
Our policies also support our forces families, offering spouses and partners of Armed Forces personnel serving overseas five days of additional paid leave to ensure they can spend time with their loved one, and also offers up to 10 days of paid carers’ leave.
