Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Phoenix Heroes are Employment Recognition Scheme Award holders and we have pledged our support to help veterans, serving personnel, reservist and their families across the spectrum of our services, ranging from employment networking, mental health support, community building and family activities. We have built a veteran carp angling community across the UK of hundreds of members that actively take part in our monthly fishing events. It is within this community that we are able to identify those who might need additional support and we deliver the right service direct to the individual. We align with businesses that are veteran friendly and advocate the AFC to them so they can make the same pledge.
About us
Phoenix Heroes are now in their 4th year and deliver a range of support services to help those who find the transition of leaving the Armed Forces difficult and need additional support. Our strengths are building veteran communities that stretch across the UK and creating safe environments for our community to come together on regular events planned around the country. Within our community we have created a natural peer 2 peer support environment and the outcomes are very positive. Our service support areas cover mental health, employment and community building that focuses on bringing people together.
