We are very proud of our armed forces and the security they provide for us all; we are fully committed to the Armed Forces Covenant and all that it stands for in supporting our serving Armed forces, reservists, veterans and their families. We understand how dedicated and committed our Armed forces family are and we want to match that dedication and commitment by supporting Armed Forces Covenant in every way we can. We are based in a military town which is where we got our name from Pioneering Care Bicester, we provide care to some of our vulnerable veterans as well as employing two veterans who between them served 30 years.

About us

We are an independent local Domiciliary care company who pride ourselves on offering a friendly and person-cantered home care service. We promote independent living for vulnerable people in their own homes by providing all aspects of daily living from, personal care, assistance with prescribed medications, companionship, cleaning, shopping, palliative care. We place prime importance on employing staff that are committed to delivering quality care in the community, we provide full training and encourage staff to further their knowledge in all aspects of Care.
