Our CEO served for 23 years as a Reservist and the past 14 years as a CFAV so regularly promotes the armed forces within our organisation. All employees are offered an additional 5-10 days paid leave as an acting reservist and are fully supported during any periods of mobilisation and demobilisation. We have initiatives to help any reservists, CFAVs and veterans back to work including flexible working, the option to work from home, Bupa healthcare, including access to a Counsellor, and a close staff network that offers confidential support to every team member. Our internal recruitment process offers guaranteed interviews for Veterans as well as on the job training and a clear progression plan.
