About us
We are a family company that started in 2009. Our aim is to provide training opportunities for employers, employees and families that are made relevant, accessible and delivered in a way that makes learning fun and effective. Priding ourselves on having trainers who have done the work they teach about, at present we employ two military veterans, a forces family partner and subcontract services through ex-military personnel.
Delivering First Aid at Work courses, paediatric first aid and mental health first aid courses primarily, our portfolio also contains Health & Safety courses and an online suite of courses.
We value the skills that individuals bring, and support our employees in their training and development needs, emotional needs and also financially providing a regular income. We meet all our legal obligations as an employer, however see employees as the individuals they are, no one is just a number. Being mental health first aiders and assessors, we ensure all employees have someone to offload to.
