Our Commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Ramside Estates Limited is committed to supporting the Armed Forces community and recognises the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families brings to our organisation. We strive to support the values of the Armed Forces Covenant by:

• proudly publicising our Bronze Award logo on our career’s website and relevant Company websites and on all new recruitment and career fair banners and leaflets
• our vacancies are published on the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Website
• we attend employment fairs within the armed forces community to highlight current vacancies and get a better understanding of how we can reach military spouses and dependants with employment opportunities
• we recognise the exceptional work ethic, team and leadership skills he Armed Forces Community can bring and for those looking to pursue a new career option, wherever possible we will retain training budget to support them through nationally recognised qualifications in our specific industry-based skills and knowledge
• We are registered with the HRG agency to offer reduced business rates and various offers for on-duty regular personnel and on the Defence Discount Service for serving, reserve and veterans where we also offer a 10% family offer discount to families of the military for our accommodation plus other changing options around golf and other leisure activities
