Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
RE:ACT is currently at Bronze level in our Commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and are in the process of applying for Silver. This is our current pledge relating to Force Families:
As an equal opportunities employer, we support the employment of all suitably qualified candidates, and welcome applications from spouses/partners who meet the criteria in our job specifications. We advertise widely within the Armed Forces community.
We are a flexible employer and will endeavour to understand and support the needs of military families in granting leave for services' spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment.
About us RE:ACT is an emergency and crisis response charity, operating in the UK and Overseas. We provide direct humanitarian action when it's most needed, protecting the vulnerable and supporting critical infrastructure and frontline services. Most of our volunteers are military veterans, although we also have people from blue light services or 'civilians' who are up for a challenge.
