Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Reaction Engines is proud to support the UK’s Armed Forces community. As signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, we have pledged that together we acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve.

We will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by:

• Recognising the valuable skills that veterans, reservists and their families bring, advertising employment opportunities on the Forces Families Jobs website, and supporting the work of the Careers Transition Partnership (CTP)

• Enabling employees who are active members of the Reserve Forces to maintain their training commitments, offering special paid leave to support their financial wellbeing during this time

• Supporting the Cadet Forces with work experience opportunities

• Supporting Armed Forces events and aiming to actively participate

• Acting as an advocate for the Armed Forces Covenant and demonstrating that we are a forces-friendly employer

• Regularly reviewing progress against these commitments.
