Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

RSA recognises the strengths that those within the community can bring to the business as well as the challenges they may face. We acknowledge that these individuals should not be disadvantaged due to their links with the Armed Forces and, in some circumstances, additional provisions may be provided to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

We commit to uphold the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the contribution that Service personnel, both regular and reservist, veterans, and military families make to our organisation, our community, and to the country.

We proudly pledged our commitment to:

• Promote the Armed Forces Community via our Armed Forces ERG
• Support Reservists through training and mobilisation 
• Drive recruitment of ex-Armed Forces personnel
• Support Cadet Force Adult Volunteers
• Engage in communication and outreach with the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association
• Promote, both internally and externally, all successful developments regarding our support to the Armed Forces Community
• Develop RSA's history and heritage, remembering all past employees who gave their lives in conflict.
