Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
RT Infrastructure Solutions Limited employ staff who are members of the Reserve Forces and they recognise the valuable contribution that Reservists make to the UK Armed Forces, their communities and the civilian workplace.
Our HR policy provides supports to Reservist employees during times of mobilisation and demobilisation and provides an additional 14 unpaid extra leave days for short-term training periods. We work with the CTP and have established an Armed Forces Network, supporting employees who are Reservists, Veterans and spouses/partners.
Our Armed Forces Champion(s) support our reservists in the workplace and attend(s) MOD events regularly that promote Reserve service to gain access to information we can utilise to drive the messages forward throughout our business.
RT infrastructure Solutions Limited has an established Armed Forces Network internally and works with CTP to support employees and potential recruitment of Veterans and spouses/partners.
RT Infrastructure Solutions along with RT Training Solutions supply and train a safe, reliable, multi-skilled workforce and an extensive range of infrastructure services to the UK Rail Industry.
