  • Actively supporting the employment of veterans, through the advertisement of positions through the CTP. 
  • Supporting military families with flexible and hybrid working opportunities before, during and after deployment. 
  • Working to achieve the Bronze Covenant award.
  • Supporting Royal British Legion and veterans by supporting the poppy appeal and recognising the two minutes silence on Armistice Day.
  • Supporting employees who are members of the Reserves forces and Adult Cadet Instructors through accommodating annual training and deployment where relevant.
