Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
The Armed Forces Covenant is an agreement between the Armed Forces community, UK Government, and the nation. It is a pledge that no military personnel, including their family, are left at a disadvantage. The Venari Group stands with our armed forces, with several retired military personnel now working within the group, we continually look to uphold this responsibility, and ensure that not only service personnel, but also their families have a fair opportunity. We are a proud member of the Armed Forces Covenant and currently we hold the Bronze award, but are main aim is to achieve Gold. We uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by promoting the fact that we are an armed forces-friendly organisation and we communicate this message via our internal and external communications. Our message is clear - that we seek to support the employment of all serving personnel, reservists, veterans, service spouses and partners.
