Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Veolia is committed to offering ex-service personnel meaningful and successful civilian careers upon leaving the forces because we see the skills and experiences gained in the army as essential for our workforce. We have re-signed the Armed Forces Covenant to further advocate our commitment to the Armed Forces Community and have an active Armed Forces Support Policy, which sets out guidelines for special leave arrangements and providing support for employees wishing to join the Armed Forces. Veolia currently holds gold status in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.

Our Armed Forces Covenant pledge focus on the support of all ex-military personnel; from allowing additional leave for reservists to actively employing military spouses and families and allowing for additional leave to deal with any urgent or deployment related matters that may arise.
