About us

VIVO are a 50/50 joint venture formed between Serco and EQUANS - together, we bring a deep understanding and appreciation of the military’s ethos, culture and operational practices to create an organisation that will work side by side with our partners, customers and service users to achieve their goals.

VIVO manage over 200 sites across the MOD Built Estate in the Central and South West regions of England providing reactive and planned maintenance services, grounds maintenance services, asset management and large-scale project works for MOD establishments.

VIVO are also responsible for 27,000 military family homes and an additional 20,000 buildings within the South East and South West of England in ensuring that our service families live in homes that are safe and fit for purpose. We also undertake void preparations when a family leave a property and prepare it for a new family moving in.

Improving the ‘lived experience’ is at the heart of what VIVO do.
