To those who proudly protect our nation, who do so with honour, courage, and commitment, the Armed Forces Covenant is the nation’s commitment to you. It is a pledge that together we, at Warrington’s Own Buses, acknowledge and understand that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve with their lives. As a proud employer of many ex-service men and women, we're delighted to have pledged our support for the Armed Forces Covenant.

About us 

 Warrington's Own Buses is a local public service transport provider based in Warrington Town Centre, established since 1902 it is based on Wilderspool Causeway in the town providing public transport for the local and wider community along with employment in both Engineering and Operational sectors of the business.

We are currently signed up to and fully committed to employing staff in both departments from all branches of the armed forces, veterans, reservists and cadet force adult instructors including their families and partners, through the family forces jobs website, seeking to draw on the military experiences pertinent to our particular industry needs, whilst fully supporting all personnel covered by the armed forces military covenant and their families, through the family forces jobs website, which we are happy to be a supportive and engaging partner of this valuable civilian/military pact. We currently employ several veterans from various branches of the Armed Forces and will continue to do so as this project grows and moves forward embracing their skills and professional standards to help us project our business forward ensuring we provide the best possible service and support to both our customers and our armed forces personnel alike.
