We Fix Feet’s policies have been adapted to ensure  that no member of the Armed Forces community is disadvantaged, especially when it comes to recruitment and employment.  We offer guaranteed interviews to veterans and other members of the Armed Forces family who meet the minimum selection criteria of an advertised vacancy by recognising equivalent skills and qualifications obtained within the Armed Forces. 

Within our employment policies we act sympathetically and with understanding towards members of the Armed Forces community who have been bereaved, whose loved ones have been injured or who might have caring commitments owing to their loved one’s injuries. 

We offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for service spouses  before and after a Full Time or Reservist partner’s deployment.
