We are proud to announce that we have recently been awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award in recognition of our commitment towards the armed forces. Further to this, we have signed and committed to the Armed Forces Covenant. West Way have a close connection to the military through our sponsorship of The Red Devils and H-Hour. West Way also employs a number of ex-military ranging from the Managing Director, Tony Lewis, to technicians and sales teams. We also work closely with Rugby4Heroes and 353, a charitable trust founded by Tony Lewis, set up to help members of the military community by delivering long-term support to a variety of charities, soldiers and their families. West Way also offer 16% discount to members of HM Armed Forces, civilian MOD employees, UK Reservist Forces including the Territorial Army and retired service personnel. We also work closely with MissionMotorsport to source ex-forces personnel for our vacancies. We offer training and long term career progression as well as excellent pay, benefits and working conditions. We are a recognised "Investor in People". West Way are honoured to have received the award and are now working towards achieving silver and then gold award employer status.
