Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

1. WYWM will employ no less than 70% of veterans within its workforce. 
2. WYWM will provide free psychometric and aptitude testing for the forces family. 
3. WYWM will deliver free digital training to anybody who has served one day in the forces. 
4. Our training asks for no return on service from the forces community. 
5. WYWM employees will be supported if they choose to join the Reserves.
6. Work with CTP on Veteran employment opportunities. 
7. WYWM will offer short notice leave to support any spouse or partner of a deploying services person where possible. 
8. We will speak at CTP events to offer opportunities for service leavers. 
9. WYWM will work with charities to offer Work Placements to support “back to work” initiatives. 
10. WYWM will continue to promote employment and training opportunities with Forces Families Jobs. 
11. WYWM will supporting reservists with additional leave for them to honour their days of service and R&R leave periods.
