Each service family situation is unique and so we don’t adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach to what support looks like. Instead we encourage those who are part of a service family to let us know so that we can work together and agree the right support for you.
We are happy to discuss flexible working and leave before, during and after a partner’s deployment should this be something you wish to explore. We also have a dedicated employee network to help bring together and support our employees who are members of the armed forces community including service families which you can join.
