Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
As an Armed Forces Covenant Gold ERS Award holder, we have committed to ensure that those who serve or who have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly. We have an active Armed Forces Network made up of veterans, military spouses, military parents and other supporters of the Armed Forces Community. Arrangements are in place to ensure we as an employer meet where possible the needs of staff who are a part of the often rapidly changing demands that come with being currently in service or a spouse of a service member. As a Trust we also champion various Armed Forces, NHS and Charity initiatives to ensure that patients are treated appropriately inline with any complex or various needs that they may have.
