• Prioritize serving or ex-military personnel for interviews if meeting requirements.
• Promote Service Personnel family members' job opportunities through 'Forces Family Jobs' website.
• Value transferable Military skill sets and offer flexibility for Service Personnel and their families during deployments.
• Support Reserve Forces' members with training, providing additional paid leave.
• Engage with the local ACF Detachment, support Armed Forces Day, and collaborate with UK HM Forces commercially.
• Encourage suppliers to commit to the Covenant.
