Apply for military spouse mentoring programme 

Virgin Red is collaborating with Recruit for Spouses’ Career Academy for the second year in a row to run a mentoring programme for military spouses.  

The programme is focused on individual development, and designed to build on existing knowledge and enhance your ability to apply your skills and experiences to new situations and processes.  

The mentoring programme is a confidential, one-to-one development tool lasting between three to six months, beginning in September 2022.  

Virgin Red mentors will get to know you and the challenges you face and then use their understanding and experience to help you achieve your workplace goals.
