Forces Families Jobs goes global  

Jenna Richardson and Gregory Timlin from the Forces Families Jobs team joined a global audience at the online International Military Spouse Employment Summit 2021. 

 The aim was for delegates from across the globe, including Australia, the UK, France, the USA and Canada, to discuss military partner challenges and solutions, and share their expertise. 

Jenna presented as part of a session highlighting different initiatives around the world to advocate and support the employment of military spouses, while Gregory took part in live sessions on career portability, policy and training. 

Jenna said: “Many of the challenges that UK military spouses face in relation to employment are experienced by spouses in other countries. As well as being a great opportunity to present Forces Families Jobs on the international stage, it was fascinating to see the work that other countries are doing to tackle to same issues that we encounter."
