Opportunities for Service children to study at Oxford 

The University of Oxford is inviting young people from Service families to apply for a fully funded foundation year programme, starting in September 2023. 

The Astrophoria programme is a one-year course for UK state school students with significant academic potential, and is aimed at increasing access to Oxford for students from under-represented backgrounds.

Fully funded study

The course has lowered entrance requirements compared to traditional degree courses at the university. Accommodation is provided free, and students do not have to pay course fees. They will also receive a non-repayable bursary to cover their living costs.

How to apply

All applicants for 2023 entry must apply via UCAS by 6pm on Wednesday, 25 January. More information is here.
