Job Description

Salary: Competitive plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Location: Garston, Liverpool

What you'll be doing;

  • Confirm sales work orders on salesforce, including invoicing and resolving invoice disputes. Strict invoicing deadlines to be maintained.
  • Raising work orders on salesforce, and printing job tickets.
  • Raising purchase requisitions on workday.
  • Organise and communicate purchase order requisitions and comply with purchase ordering procedures
  • Manage purchase order receipting for service contracts
  • Updating site based tracker from production log with details of loads in and out including commercials.
  • Dealing with and resolving supplier invoice issues
  • Weighing in drivers
  • Payroll in relation to overtime
  • Site inductions
  • Reception Duties
  • Management of GRIR
