What you'll be doing;


  • Plan asset management and investment needs as an integral process, balancing service risk and investment priorities with efficiency
  • Create, implement and develop of the short, medium and full term capital expenditure profiles including feasibility studies and needs assessments. Working with the AM group.
  • Interface with Veolia technical, commercial, operational and procurement departments to maximise the value from investment
  • Develop Business cases for spend to save investment
  • Support Operations with reactive and emergency works ensuring timely interventions and asset records are kept up to date
  • Provide the link between the OPEX planned maintenance programme outputs and MLC programme implementation maximising synergies.
  • Provide monthly overview reports of asset plan and delivery.



What we're looking for;


  • Engineering Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
  • Asset Management (CMMS)
  • Experience with Capital Project Delivery
  • Experience from either the water or energy sector
