What you'll be doing;
- Plan asset management and investment needs as an integral process, balancing service risk and investment priorities with efficiency
- Create, implement and develop of the short, medium and full term capital expenditure profiles including feasibility studies and needs assessments. Working with the AM group.
- Interface with Veolia technical, commercial, operational and procurement departments to maximise the value from investment
- Develop Business cases for spend to save investment
- Support Operations with reactive and emergency works ensuring timely interventions and asset records are kept up to date
- Provide the link between the OPEX planned maintenance programme outputs and MLC programme implementation maximising synergies.
- Provide monthly overview reports of asset plan and delivery.
What we're looking for;
- Engineering Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
- Asset Management (CMMS)
- Experience with Capital Project Delivery
- Experience from either the water or energy sector
