10 hours per week £11.44 per hour 6-8pm Monday to Friday
Just like our children, we are growing! RAFAKidz started out as one of the chosen providers of nursery services to the RAF community. We are excited to announce that we have been invited to bring our expertise and touch of magic to a brand-new setting to provide high quality affordable childcare at MOD Boscombe Down. The nursery is due to open in April and we are looking for a part time cleaner to join us on our journey to grow the nursery into a thriving and stimulating environment for our children and employees. Our new nursery is one of 14 settings in the RAFAKidz family. Initially we will have circa 15 employees and places for 60 children.
We have a position available for a part time Nursery Cleaner to join our friendly team. Whilst previous experience would be desirable, it is not essential. Our ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, a cheerful personality, and a good eye for detail. Along with the usual cleaning responsibilities as you would expect with a role of this type, we need the post holder to have an awareness of Health and Safety as our children’s safety is paramount. We will provide training which will enable you to be vigilant with regards to cleaning products and equipment and enable you to identify and report any risks which may pose an injury to children and staff, for example broken play equipment, wobbly furniture etc.

The role requires a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter
