Job Description

Are you passionate about improving education outcomes for early years children? We are looking for a team player to support and inspire Early Years Educators and Practitioners in helping early years children to achieve their full potential, with a focus on early support and early intervention. 

About the role

The role of an Early Years Specialist Teacher is varied, rewarding and at times challenging and will utilise your skills as a qualified teacher. 

You will be based in either North Kesteven or South Kesteven covering the North and South Kesteven area. You will be required to travel as part of this position within the  area on a regular basis and on occasions countywide. 

About you

You will need a good understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the Early Years Foundation Stage to advise and guide early years settings in their use of the quality inclusive practice and the graduated approach. 

You will be part of a knowledgeable, experienced and supportive Early Years Team and have links with the wider Early Help Team.
