EMPLOYED Enforcement Agent - to cover Bradford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, employed Enforcement Agent to cover Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield. This role offers a chance to be out and about, meeting people from all walks of life, with no 2 days ever the same! Key Responsibilities

• Planning and organising your own workload
• Visiting residential and commercial properties to negotiate and collect the full outstanding debt
• Establishing financial circumstances and capturing key employment/income details
• Where the debt cannot be paid, organising and supervising the removal of goods

Successful candidates will need to undergo a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Screening) check prior to any offers of employment. This check verifies identity, UK right to work, employment history and unspent criminal convictions.

Desirable Previous Experience

• Experience in the debt collection / enforcement industry
• Experience of working in a target driven role
• Law enforcement experience
• Military experience
• Field based / lone working experience

Jacobs provide an extensive training programme and new recruits will gain a recognised industry qualification therefore previous experience is desirable but not essential.

All new recruits are assigned a dedicated mentor in the field who will offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the initial training period and thereafter.
