Grade 5 i.e. £28,770 - £31,364 per annum – Pro Rata (pay award pending)

You will be an experienced housing professional who is well-versed in current best practice, who can find innovative answers to a range of issues and have a strong track record of delivery.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of tenancies and estates, and work closely with other teams within both the Housing service and wider Council to identify and resolve issues, and deliver a high quality customer service.
