Early Years Nursery Manager 

RAFAKidz High Wycombe HP14 4UE 

£34831 - £36654  38 hours per week 

Up to 12 months Maternity Cover 

Subsidised childcare for staff 

 

About us 

Just like our children, we are growing! RAFAKidz started out as one of the chosen providers of nursery services to the RAF (Royal Air Force) community. We are excited to announce that we have brought our expertise and touch of magic to a brand-new setting to provide high quality affordable childcare within the High Wycombe area. The nursery opened in April 2023 and we are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join us on our journey to grow the nursery into a thriving and stimulating environment for our children and employees. 

About the team 

Our new nursery is one of 14 settings in the RAFAKidz family. The nursery has capacity to offer 80 childcare places to include babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. With currently circa 16 nursery practitioners, you will be supported by our wider management team as well as engaging and sharing best practice with other nursery managers within the group – it's a real team effort!  

About you 

As one of our newest nursery settings, you can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting, using many of the tools and resources RAFA Kidz have already developed, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will bring with you a strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the very best outcomes for our children.
