Job Description

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Salary: Up to SK16 (£41,160 per annum)

Contract: Permanent

 

Manage and lead IT Support service to ensure requests and incidents are completed within agreed timelines.

 

Lead the IT support and Infrastructure teams

 

Manage support projects and work with other service areas on IT-related project

 

Work with other 3rd line support officers to coordinate and support complex or high profile issues.
