Job Description

As a Managing Consultant, you’ll have a passion for using technology to define, shape and enhance UK National Security missions. You’ll be building a consultancy capability to solve some of the UK’s most critical security challenges. You will be providing leadership and driving client strategy; there’ll still be an innate drive for customer interaction, often you’ll be the first point of contact. 
A commonly used job title in behemoth corporations, Managing Consultant can be hard to define; the perception is normally a small cog in a corporate machine with minimal purpose.  
This is not that.  
You’ll bring your expertise to the fore; collaborating closely and having the opportunity to follow your concepts through to delivery.

As a Managing Consultant, you’ll lead, deliver and build out Roke’s National Security consulting capability in a sustainable manner’ whilst having a tangible impact on the Nation’s safety and prosperity.   
The Key Requirements... 
  • Able to lead consultancy engagements at a senior level 
  • Demonstrable capability with either Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture or Systems Engineering 
  • Comfortable managing hybrid teams 
  • An appreciation of public sector customers, preferably within the national security domain.

Clearances… 
Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve SC and DV clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the U.K. for the last 5 years for SC and 10 years for DV.
