Summary

Within the Salford Quays Finance Service Centre, we are moving beyond a shared service centre; we play a critical part in the M&S One Finance Team' and are heading towards our ambition to become a centre of excellence - there's never been a better time to be part of our team!

As a Master Data Analyst, you'll have accountability for our SAP Corporate and FICO Master Data creation, maintenance and integrity for Sites and procurement records in ECC and SRM versions of SAP.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Support the business and master data team to ensure vendor, customer and site master data within SAP are maintained and accurate
  • Delivering month end system close activities
  • Coordinating between vendors, IT and EDI providers to test and implement EDI trading relationships between vendor's and M&S
  • Provide business knowledge to support projects and change control within other areas of SAP
  • Problem solve and manage call logs relating to SAP master data in an efficient and customer focused manner
Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous Master Data experience
  • Confident and experienced SAP user, SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience of working with critical metrics delivery and delivering within agreed timeframes
  • Demonstrable experience of working to an advanced/expert level on Excel; including interrogating complex data
  • Strong control mentality
